Jo is VP of Digital Distribution for Warner Bros for UK and Ireland. She oversees the digital strategy, partnerships in digital services, emerging business activity and is responsible for the delivery of the UK and Ireland digital distribution P&L. Richard Cooper is a Senior Principal Analyst in the Electronics and Media division of IHS, heading up the Video team. He is responsible for IHS coverage of the physical video market and the on-going development of the Video Intelligence service, including designing, constructing and maintaining the detailed computer models that underpin the IHS physical video forecasts. His other responsibilities include the development of the Home Entertainment Key Performance Indicator service which monitors trends across all physical and digital video platforms.

Richard joined Screen Digest, now IHS, in May 2006 following contract work with Disney as a market analyst. Born in 1958, graduated from Sciences Po Paris, titular of a postgraduate degree in management and a law degree, Jean Yves Mirski began his career in 1982 in the Polygram Group where he was responsible for market research for all the group’s companies and also for the launch of the first musical VHS. In 1986 he joined a French independent record producer. Entered in 1990 SNEP (the French phonographic association) as Director for economic affairs, responsible among others of the Top 50, he became in 1995 Director of Economic Affairs and Prospective and was in charge of Multimedia and New Technologies.
